We will select the right candidates for your talent needs 

We will analyze the best fit with our team and gather the very best resources to meet your specific requirements. Consequently, you receive a list of curated profiles to select from, as you proceed to the next step.

Evaluate the candidates

For every selected candidate your will receive the following information:

  • CV with detailed skills and experience
  • Insights report with the main headlines of the candidate current context, soft and technical skills.
  • Online test results the candidate has done during our recruiting process.

On your side you can evaluate the candidates using whatever tool or method you prefer to decide which profile suits your project best. We can arrange as many interview rounds as you deem necessary, send code samples or even organize live coding sessions.

As soon as you choose the candidates to join your team, we can get started!

  • Confirmation: After we have agreed on the right candidate and the start date to join your team we proceed with some paperwork.
  • Contracts: As a standard industry procedure we need to review and sign 2 contracts: MSA (Master Service Agreement) that defines the general terms of our commercial relationship, and the specific SOW (Statement of Work) for the specific candidates hired from our team.
  • Tools and methodologies: Our developers & designers usually work with Agile Methodologies, and we have noticed most clients also do. Nevertheless, they will adopt any tools and work methodologies you prefer and thrive with them.
  • Execution: Our developers and other IT profiles have a steep learning curve, they will swiftly get in sync with your vision, and immediately become productive to the project.

Support: We are here every step of the way!

  • We will assign a dedicated Client Manager to your company. This role is always in touch with both sides and ready to act proactively should any issue arise.
  • During the execution of the service, we will be monitoring the feedback from the candidate and the client.
  • We take care of our team, so we will be monitoring the evolution of the candidate in terms of wellness and motivation working with your team.
  • We will be in touch with the you asking for feedback about the candidate performance on the project and team.
  • We are always available to address any concerns or discuss new goals you may have.
