About the Role

We are actively seeking highly experienced and skilled Senior Salesforce Developers to bolster our team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our CX/CRM COE (Center of Excellence), specializing in Salesforce Cloud implementation and providing technical support. We are looking for candidates who can make substantial contributions to ensure smooth operations, execute campaigns, and continuously optimize processes for unparalleled client success.

Responsibilities

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Cloud to guarantee seamless operations.
Provide high-level technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution in Salesforce applications.
Lead the design and execution of campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
Continuously optimize Salesforce configurations to improve efficiency and elevate the user experience.
Stay at the forefront of Salesforce trends and technologies to introduce innovative solutions.

Technical Requirements

Proven and substantial experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Cloud implementation.
Exceptional proficiency in Salesforce App Development and customization.
In-depth knowledge of CRM and CX principles, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Extensive experience in troubleshooting and providing high-level technical support for Salesforce applications.
Proficiency in campaign design and execution within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
